Versi 2: “The Problem Solver” (Fokus ke Leadership & BIM)
Gunakan versi ini jika lo ingin menonjolkan sisi manajerial dan teknologi (BIM).
“Hello, I am [Nama Lo]. I have a decade of experience as an MEP Engineer, with a strong background in managing complex projects from design to execution.
In my current role at the Eka Hospital project, I coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure integrated design and execution. I am proficient in using AutoCAD and BIM 3D for clash detection and coordination, which is vital in hospital construction.
I have a proven track record in supervising site work, managing material requirements, and ensuring all installations follow the safety standards. I am looking forward to bringing my technical leadership to Ellipse Projects.”
Tips Cara Ngomongnya (Biar Gak Kelihatan Gugup):
- Opening & Closing: Awali dengan salam dan akhiri dengan “Thank you.”
- Eye Contact: Kalau interview online, tatap kamera (bukan layar) supaya HR merasa lo lagi menatap mata mereka.
- Slow Down: Karena lo merasa bahasa Inggris lo kurang, jangan buru-buru. Bicara pelan dan jelas jauh lebih baik daripada cepat tapi belepotan.
- Hafalkan Poinnya, Bukan Kata-katanya: Jangan dihafal per kata (kayak baca teks), tapi hafal urutannya:
- Nama & Pengalaman 10 tahun.
- Proyek Eka Hospital Cilegon sekarang.
- Keahlian (Testcom, SLF, MEP RS).
- Alasan mau ke Ellipse.
